  1. You are such a fun person. I wish you taught at my school. I showed your Periscope to my new teacher best bud and she said you were what was needed after a stressful day. Even though I am a 47 teacher I know we would be best buds and laugh a lot despite the negativity of some things about teaching.

  2. Hi I love watching your Periscopes! You're so much fun! I would love to be a student in your class! Last night I heard you talking about bats and your behavior system on the replay. I'd like to try something like that in my class. Could you tell me again how that works?
    Thank you!!! Melissa in NC

  6. HI! I enjoy following you on instagram and your new one curvyteacherfashion. Have you heard of Summer Innanen? She's on Instagram and has wonderful podcasts on body acceptance & positivity. Really good conversations. I feel like your new feed goes with her podcast.
Also, I know you just started podcasting, but I can't find you on podcast? I couldn't find it on your webpage either? Any tips to help me out would be appreciated :). Thank you! Kathy

  7. I just started following you on the Google Podcasts only because I was wanting to get more information about teaching and how to stay healthy. I just recently decided to go through my mid-life crisis and go back to school to get a SPED teaching degree as a Second degree. UGH!!! Now in my 40s school is tiring, but will be worth it in the long run. LOVE being in the school and being able to learn from the kids. I was completely sucked in right after the first podcast I started in February 2019. I listen every time a new episode comes on. My kiddos usually roll their eyes and groan when I start listening when they are in the vehicle with me.
Thank you so much for all the energy and information that you give. The Social Anxiety episode 43, that one hit really hard. I was not diagnosed until I was in my mid 30s. Going back to college for another degree has raised that anxiety even more now in my 40s. I have learned to cope with it by doing breathing techniques and medication. So thank you very much for sharing. I needed that to keep going and know that with the anxiety I can still be a GREAT teacher.
Thank YOU so much for your energy and kindness!!!
    Dana
